bOoO~so long din't blog alr..mmm..whee!! it's finally thurs.. =)) next week will be taking one week off, going to KL for cousin's wedding, then going for orientation..aHH! zZZ will be so tiring..but excitED~!! =))...

mm..thinks*..friendships are really temporal..friends going in and out of lives just like that..work friends, school frineds, hOpes the ppl around me won't go away like those who did. :(

ahhh starting usher training this wk! =)) wonders how it will be like! :)

wHhHHEeee!! haven describe what happened on orientation day..!! :)

went to clementi alone cos i din't know of any one else going orientation on the same day as me..went up bus 154 and asked if the bus goes to SIM..and the uncle said noO!only goes ngee ann..mMM..so went down the bus feeling funny cos i was so sure i saw 154 on the poster pasted on glass panal of control station..

while getting off the bus, saw 3 other students asking if the bus goes to SIM too, and he said no..

loll so 3+1 of us quickly walk towards the board to check..and to our surprise, or maybe not so..it DOES go to SIM!! =X

mmm..feeling slightly cheated, we walked back..(me quite near beside them)..and suddenly one of them talked to me!! :)

hahha so from then we started talking and i found out they also take the same course as me!! accounting and finance!! =))..hehe.. and more qiao thing, lOl..2 of them live in woodlands areAA!! =))))!!

wHEEEeEEE!! sOO we walked into SIM together and was put in the same og! =D..

played games and listened to talks the whole day..

whEEE and i signed up for the orientation chalet thing going to be held on 16-18 July at aloha loyang! =DD

exciteD! :)

hahha! anyway was quite high the whole day :P..they kept playing with my pony tail!! >.< and we had lots of fun playing the team bonding games..

oOyA!! while going to sign up for the camp, mi and one of my new friend was queueing up, when suddenly one gal photographer came and took photo of the pair in front of me..hHAHA!! suddenli i feel an urge to be in the pic, so i asked the gal if she wan to take photo of us.. =PPpP while sharon looked at me with O.O..

HHAHaA!! and andd hMM lol this "urgE" lead me to lose my image of a quiet girl in her heart, and the story got to the og mates where i shocked and abit malued her cos in the end the photographer said .."ok..u all can stand ard the big pic there"..

lollSSs wHEEEeeeE! hIGH. then they asked if i wanted to join student council with them, loll which i replied with an enthu yES!~ =)

ahh going freshman orientation tmr! :) wonder how it will be like!! mmm!! =O

hee! just reached home..went JAMS today to help out..JAMS (Jesus for All MindS)
being some ministry in church where those who are less intellectually inclined will goes to service and the ministry helps out..

first time being a helper there..reached and abit lost, then was asked to help buy masking tape..

then came back and askeed to give out rolls of pamplets into buses and guiding them to the lifts..

after i'd given out the pamplets, went up to join them for service..

waa..it was a very diff experience from normal service, as ppl sometimes will start shouting..and got one boy actually took of his pantS! >.<

but what touched me the most while i stood at the back of the room watching the service was when offering time came..and the speaker at the front asked who wanted to give offerings to God. the people there, though comparably less fortunate than us, waved their little offering in their hand excitedly, and put it into the small blue bucket. The faith they showed struck me hard as i stood there.

cos just a few days ago, i was fretting abt my school fees, wondering how =X it's going to be..maybe i even have to stop going out for gatherings..or any more social functions, for transport fees+ eating at restarants, going concerts, all need money.

i guess being in a 4child family means tt many expenses have to be cut down, you must learn to be contented with simple cheap stuffs, or rather get used to it, and many normal things like...eRRR pizza hut? yoshinoya(i lIkEEE!! :) ) are considered luxurious and will make me feel extremely satisfied. and my siblings too. :)..

of course i will still save, but yea, after the service, I know God will always be good, and won't put us in a state where we can't even afford to survive. to be even alive in this temporal body of ours which is going to rot in a few decades time, worry shldn't be part of life..

mm but lol saying is one thing but doing is another, i am quite a worry-aLoT person.

I got into SIM le!=) received the letter 2days b4..still remember that day, one day after NEOS camp..went for the SIM interview, and due to over-enthuness in camp where i shouted until i lost my voice, I sounded extremely..>.<

goes into the room and croaked.."good afternoon, sorry i lost my voice in camp yest, will try my best to speak properly*clears throat*" ..

hHAHA!=P

yea..and so the interview continued..and due to applying only at the 2nd round of application instead of the one in april, I am left with 2 choices, Diploma in Economics or Diploma in Social Sciences.

which i decided to apply for a dip in economics. This programme is sth like..u will take dip in 1st yr, go on to degree programme of ur choice in 2nd yr..and graduate in the 3rd year with both dip and degree..

yupps..

soo during the interview, told them actually i wanted to take the degree course, but application closed, which the interviewer bombarded me with qns why didn't i chose SIM the first round.

luckily for me, that very morning b4 i went for interview, mum called from overseas, and while still sleeping on the bed drowsily, dunno y.. I asked her what i shld say if they asked me why i din't choose SIM the first time.

wOWw..

think it worked.. =))..

now i am offered with Diploma in Economics AND the degree programme!~~ =)) and the best thing is!..loll it's not just the accounting and finance degree..is all 6 degrees they offered!! sO i can just tick the one i like..! =))!! but haha of cos i going to choose accounting and finance still, just..more shoik!! =P

hehe really thank God for tt! helping me to somehow asked my mum the qns at the right moment, and saying the right things during the interview..and also for the admission committee to be so nice and offer me everything..heee!!believe it's really not by me tt happened, but by His grace =))

haha..God is gREAT, all the time! and all the time...God is greaT! =0)

was asking ppl to do the quiz on my previous post..and something came to mind..

was talking to pri sch friend and he chose "introvert" as one of the choices..said i seem so when i was in pri sch..

and i suddenly remb!! oyAAA..i really wasS leh lONGGG time agoo!! ..=PP forgot alr..hmm maybe nt introvert but super extremely quiet in class.
