LOL my sister say she is full alr before coming home..told her there is one quarter fried rice, one quarter mifen, one quarter horfan at home. and she finish it all at 12am!! *gasp*...hahhaa good thing is nv waste food! bad thing is i have to wait for her to finish her food!!...
DAY 7

Dear readers, Spot anything you want to buy from me? slow cooker, irons, automatic kettle, water dispenser, telephones, bread toaster, vacuum cleaner,HUGE radio you saw in the previous post, flask, steamboat pots, rice cooker, speed juice extracter, or a deep fryer perhaps?

LOL HAHAHA. this is really funny and lame.why do we have so much appliances?!!hehh think my daddy said they were quite stressed tt time with all of us so young :P..!

Hmmm at this moment there is still room for improvement to our whole living room, as it is in quite a mess. Because everything has been transferred out of all the rooms (MOSTLY is my parents things), it will take some time for them to pack finish. i estimate it will take roughly about..2-3weeks for whole house to be clean?

but right now, here is my humble short term plan for the house!=O).........


lol my older bro used to say it would be a miracle to clean our house. HEHE, i am
extremely satisfied with what we have achieved in just 7days. Indeed, i believe if you set your heart to do something, and put in all the required effort, everything is possible with God!:)

I feel like a SUPERB qualified maid and packer now. =))!...hahaha maybe i can write this in my resume la!..or go volunteer myself at those "clean messy house" reality shows. HEHE.

YEAHHHHHHH end of 7days stunt. the rest of nonsense in the living room is for parents to self-pack liao...

LOL! and so the 7days of cleaning up is finally!!...going to be over...

this intensive "throw" project is initiated by me..and supported by my 2 other siblings and parents. I shall first do an introduction about my house. For those who don't know, i've shifted house twice so far, into this current house 13years ago...From what my parents told us...the people shifting the house had a slight quarrel with them, due to the loads of "treasures" they wanted to bring into this new house. The "treasure" was so much that it took up 1.5rooms in our house. Yes, one WHOLE full room meant for a human to live.

Living in a 5room felt has always felt like a three/four room flat..because it was just so messy!!and there were just SOOOO much useless things everywhere. However, it was worse in my secondary school period, because we were all too young to bother to clean up the house then. I remembered vividly having to jump around the house, trying to avoid stepping or crashing into boxes of books/nonsense. Clothes were scattered all over the floor, we have 100000 pens and pencils, lots of furnitures (some brought home from the void deck)...etc...It is rare to see one full grid of empty space..Yes, our house was an obstacle place to live in.

So after 13 looooooong years, it got better and better..because we all learnt to "persuade" them to throw away stuffs. It was hard work at first, and i often failed and got rejected.. There was once i was so determined to throw, that i even emailed and got consent from the salvation army to send a truck to our hse to move junks, but at the very last minute, was being chided for being insensible. Hais!

After about 4years of slow but surely influential persuasion, we finally managed to throw about 70++ big red bags of rubbish out of the house, together with some REALLY space consuming sofas,tables,shoe racks,pails, etc. yeAH!

However, the 1.5room of junk still remained a VERY HUGE problem, because everything we dunno where to put, we will just throw them inside. Even though ONE BIG ROOM is a huge area, we managed to fill the whole room to the brim, until the door cannot even close. ZZZZZZZZZZ!!

dreams of having a clean pretty house starts shattering*..><.

AND, FINALLY!!! since my exams has ended, and i played around 3 weeks alr, going out all day long, i decided to continue where i have left.=)gave myself 7days to make a miracle in the house. one thing to note, when i set my heart on something...........MUHAHHAHAA,you just have to wait to see the results.;)

Told my parents the logic that the less things there is in the house, the easier it is to maintain.and since i am usually the only one with my mum to clean house, it is best that they cherish this time, to just throw/useless things away. OR ELSE. if once again, i get disappointed like the past 4 times,where i tried to clear but ending up not successful because my mum has the final say to throw/not, i will NEVER help out in housework again. (yes i am very fierce one, hehe!)

HAHA! of cos i partly mean it, but partly just meant to scare them. and WOW! what a difference it made!! everything is now under my control..and being sensible and not just aiming to throw EVERYTHING, i have my reasons to throw certain stuffs, which i know it is for our own good, in the long run.

Proud to say, we finally emptied the ONE FULL ROOM of junk, and shifted a bed,cupboard,table into the room.(LOL like i said,we don't have to buy a single thing,cos everything is always available in the house)now we have a brand new room for my older brother who is returning from the states! :))) Also, we took out everything in the 0.5 storeroom, mopped and clean it,and put all the greatly-reduced stuffs tt my parents still want to keep.

BUT, the proudest thing of all, is my room shared with sister. =))! it is now the cleanest and most inspiring room out all all room in the house, cos not only it is painted pink(which i went to buy and dragged a whole tin of paint home 2yrs ago, because i was sick of hearing "one day we will paint the room.....blah"....) it is also the least junk filled/neatest room!!:))......we threw/donated out everything, reshifted my beds,repacked all the books/mess on the shelves,tables...wiped every corner of the room, AND repacked my WHOLE wardrobe. HEHE we used to have like 200 t shirts which wasted lots of water and time, just trying to wash/hang/fold them, now there is only..50!!!........kept 30 pieces of t shirt away, and so now there is only 20 pieces available for us. Also categorised shorts/outside tops/dresses/tank tops/ neatly...hehe! what a change!:).....also threw a DAM* huge plastic bag of pillow cases/bedsheets/bolsters case away. MUHAHA!!=DD.........we decided to be nice though, and adopted one pillow case shelf,and 3 HUGE luggage bags.

Day 4 was a sad day because my sister kept on eating and sleeping and went out again.also my parents don't seem to be throwing anything much. feeling super exhausted after packing the room 6hours straight myself, and quite demoralised, i went to bed at 10.30pm. =(
